The hotel is amazing. Big, comfortable rooms with TV, air conditioning, and high-speed wifi. Perfect location next to Doumo and the shopping street. The staff is incredibly helpful and gave me great tips. They allowed me to check in early and store my bag. Best experience and kindness I've had on this trip. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable to stay. The location was great, it was close to the shopping street and major attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in quite early and provided tips on places to visit. The high-speed internet was a plus.
The facilities were not well-maintained. The room was not very clean when I first arrived. The air conditioning was not working well, which made it quite difficult to sleep properly. my business trip experience was not that great since I could not rest properly due to the air conditioning and the lack of cleanliness.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was awesome. Room was spacious and comfy, complete with AC and high-speed wifi. Location is perfect, right next to the famous cathedral and the bustling shopping street. Staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags before our night bus. The hotel also provides great tips for exploring the area.
Honestly, can't think of any negative aspects. Everything was great!

We had an excellent stay in this hotel during our visit. The staff was extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early and store our bags until our night bus. They provided many helpful tips about the city and its attractions. The hotel's location is the best, right next to the shopping street and the main cathedral. The room was spacious, clean, and had all necessary amenities, such as air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi. this hotel offered us the best experience and top-notch service. Highly recommended.
